Root Directory for Subdomains in Multi Sites

Hi,

I’m running wordpress 3.0 with multisites enabled.
I’d like to embed flash with data xml files. The problem is that I found that with flash files like these the relative urls get screwed up unless I upload them to the root dir.

So here’s the question:
I have a site running on a subdomain, where would I upload it, so that it is running from the root of that site, so that the relative urls can work again?
