add new style sheet

Hi, i just what to add a new style sheet to my existing wordpress. the style sheet for reset purpose. in which i using this:


<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all" href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>/wp-content/themes/frontend-developer/default.css" />


is this correct? else there is any better way?
