How to create a custom page w/ posts from a given category?

Hi all: I am putting together a new wordpress site and would like to be able to create a dynamic page that would include a list of links to posts containing a given category. The custom page would automatically update by adding a link when a new post is added with the above category.

Anyone knows a simple series of steps to do this?
