Choosing Upload Folder For Each Upload

When you click on the button to add images, media, etc., you get a dialog to select the file you want to upload and then it is uploaded to the folder specified as the default in your settings.

What I would like after clicking the add images/media button is to have an option to set the upload folder right on that screen and then proceed with the upload. Currently, I have to go to settings/miscellaneous, then change the upload folder, then go back to my post and add the image.

Is there a way to do this? FYI: I found a Relocate Upload plugin, but it still requires you to set up a list of uploads paths in advance and then gives you a menu of those. I would prefer just to type in the path I want and click upload.
