Upload notifications?

Hi there,

I’ve searched with no success, but I’m wondering if there are any plug-ins that would automatically email a list of people when a new upload has been added to our group’s website. I’m currently using WordPress Download Manager for uploads and really like it, so would love to find something that can be used in conjunction. My preference would be something that would just automatically send the email (or ask after an upload).
