Archives and paged posts are done. Please check them out. I am now working with a better thumbnail navigation scheme.

Gave it a shot at Pictor
Got some errors. Sent a mail at the mac.com address with the error messages.
The pic didn’t get posted.
I tried it at this URL: http://ara.faithful.nu/photos/
I published an image and received this error:
Warning: imagejpeg(): Unable to open ‘/home/faithful/public_html/ara/photos/wp-admin/thumbnails/thumbbm2.jpg’ for writing in /home/faithful/public_html/ara/photos/wp-admin/post.php on line 35
Warning: imagejpeg(): Unable to open ‘/home/faithful/public_html/ara/photos/wp-admin/images/sizedbm2.jpg’ for writing in /home/faithful/public_html/ara/photos/wp-admin/post.php on line 35
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: read_exif_data() in /home/faithful/public_html/ara/photos/wp-admin/post.php on line 105
The image didn’t show up at all.
Lizard, it is amazing, I will try to find some time to test it
I was wondering, can you provide upgrade script? Which can upgrade from a normal wordpress with picture attached to some posts to photo blog?
Ara,
You need to give permission for writable to post.php I believe. I did it and I bypassed it but then I recieved this error when I tried to upload picture & publish:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: read_exif_data() in /home/forcefor/public_html/photo/wp-admin/post.php on line 105
And line 105 on post.php is:
$exif = read_exif_data ($img1);
I fixed some of the problems, but I still get this error even after I made post.php writable by the server
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: read_exif_data() in /home/faithful/public_html/ara/photos/wp-admin/post.php on line 105
Okay, thanks anyway. That’s a big disappointment…
Lizard, if your PhotoLog can be done without needing exif, it would be great. I will wait for such version. From my previous posting I meant – lets say you have currently running weblog which contains photos, there is no need of upgrading the wordpress? Or there is? I mean simple php script which can “migrate” this wordpress to your photolog, based on wordpress. 😉
Take a look at Exifer instead of using PHP exif functions:
