Locked myself out!

Ok so I installed a plugin to make the login screen match the theme of my pages. I found that this added a Login to my pages list and I do not have a public login system, so I wantetd to take it off. I, being the genius I am, set the login page to private. Now I can’t login to fix it, I get a 404 error when I go to /wp-admin. It is installed on windows, can I somehow go into the backend and disable the plugin? Please tell me I can!!!!!!!!!!!!!
