Not sure, but my plugin works with other plugins that use TinyMCE, so I assume there’s an issue with the Rich Text Biography plugin’s Javascript.

Same issue with WP e-Commerce, have disabled all other Plugins to narrow down the culprit. Will look into this further and respond with comments.
I’m having the same issue with Rich Text Biography and Viper’s Video Quicktags. Does anyone know where this issue is at?
Is there anyway to disable Viper’s Video Quicktags for the prolile admin page?

BTW: v7.0 of my plugin won’t have this issue as I’m removing the TinyMCE buttons in favor of a single media button.

I’ve pushed out a new version with some tweaks to work around the TinyMCE issue. It should stop breaking TinyMCE now, but I can’t guarantee that the buttons will work though. I frankly have had enough of dealing with that editor.

I hear you about Tiny MCE, it would be nice to move on. Too bad Google won’t open source their RTE for google docs.

That’s why I used to add them to line #3, but that was causing an error for me. I made it only be able to be added to line #1 (as in your pic) or line #2.
You can disable the buttons you don’t use on my plugin’s settings page.
