404s IP lookup not working

Just noticed that when I go to the 404s tab and click and IP address to see location, there is an error that urbangiraffe.com page isn’t working.
urbangiraffe.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I can access urbangiraffe.com by itself, but not http://urbangiraffe.com/map/?ip=158.85.173.180 through the redirection plug in.
