Semiologic Sidebar tile plugin for WordPress – Newbie Question

The installation of the side bar requires the following:

1. Activate the plugin
2. Create a page titled ‘Sidebar’
3. Add <?php sem_sidebar_tile(); ?> somewhere in your sidebar

Where is the php script placed in the sidebar? Do I have to download the sidebar script and place the above php script in the sidebar plugin? If so, where does it go within the script?

I tried installing the side bar, but every time I add another sidebar, it replaces it with the new one added and places the old one in the pages category.
