404 when accessing admin panel

    Hi, I’m very new to this and struggling with this install. I can see the theme that I added but when I try to access the admin panel I get a 404 error. Can someone please help?
    I’m using 2.71 downloaded to my domain using Fantastico
    Host is Host Papa and I’m using Vista
