# 404 > Subfolder issue

 * Hi,
 * I’ve install WP into my root folder and subfolders that are subsequently created
   are redirected to the 404 pages and doesn’t allow any image pull to appear.
 * Is there anyway that I only allow the 404 page to work on the root folder and
   not the subsequent pages?
