It sounds like your using the WordPress Toolkit from your hosting control panel. * Have you tried logging into your site directly in order to install Site Kit from the plugin repository (Plugins > Add New > Site Kit > Install)? If the same occurs please share your Site Health information [using our escalations form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/) and I’ll check your setup. Please be sure to include your current hosting provider where requested. Unfortunately such errors cURL can only be addressed at hosting level, commonly for Site Kit users with changes to a sites cacert or php.ini file as per [this comment](https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/1588#issuecomment-633261586). After inspecting the details I can confirm there is nothing unusual with your site setup.
