404 on some files, not on others

    I am haveing a strange issue with some files, but not all. Certain categories seem to be bringing up a 404 page, while others are not. Is anyone else having this issue or had this issue and have a fix? All the settings appear to be the exact same for all categories. I have checked the permissions on the files and directories and everything looks perfect. Any one have any thoughts? Thanks!

    Hi,
    Disable Permalinks, then re-enable and try again.

    Unfortunately that didn’t work. Any other ideas as to why this is happening?

    I had same problem on all my documents.

    For me this worked:

    Use FTP > Open folder “public_html”. Find file called “404.shtml”. Delete the file.
