404 on action pages

Hi,
I’m having the same problem as described here:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/404-on-action-pages?replies=11Could you let us know if that problem was solved and how did you achieve it?
They throw a 404 even when you go to the admin panel > Action Pages and clic on any page “View” link.
I know it is related to permalinks and somehow to WordPress rewrite rules cache since when I visit Settings > Permalinks the problem goes away temporarily but it always comes back after a few hours.
