 * Any 404 notifications are the result of either a missing page, or missing asset
   on a page (like an image, CSS file, JS file, video etc).
 * I would open one of the pages in question in Chrome, open the dev tools (right
   click somewhere, select **Inspect**), click the **Console** tab and look for 
   any messages about 404.
 * I actually had the same problem on my registration page, and it turned out to
   be a missing PNG file (I had forgot to upload it).
