    Hello,

When we click the toggle a new page opens up that says 404 not found.

Our theme is Salient. I tried switching to Twenty Seventeen but the same thing happened.

    Thanks,
    Joel

    Hi motiversity,

    1) If you go to Settings->Basic, what is “FAQ Toggle” set to? If it’s set to No, change it to Yes.

    2) If “FAQ Toggle” is already set to Yes, can you try:
    – Deactivating all non-UFAQ plugins
    – Testing UFAQs
    – (if UFAQs is working properly then) Reactivating all other plugins one at a time

    Hello,

Okay I tried both of those things and the toggle still won’t work. The only way I can get it top open at the moment is with the Display all answers option (but then I can’t close them).

    Thanks,
    Joel

I tried the faqs on a blank page and I’m still getting the 404 error.

    Hi motiversity,

Your theme has some kind of transition being applied to page loads. Perhaps that’s conflicting with the toggle functionality. See if you can disable that transition/animation, and then check if it makes a difference.

You can also try to momentarily switch to default WordPress theme Twenty Seventeen and see if that fixes the toggle issue.
