404 Monitor is getting enabled by itself

    I have noticed today that 404 Monitor is getting enabled even when I press “Disabled” button on Module Manager page.

    You can press the button to disable 404 monitor, but after doing other admin stuff such as creating posts, the 404 Monitor gets enabled again.

    It seems the “disabled” setting is not working.
