The events are not showing in your Events log? Can I just check you Saved the settings (apologies if this sounds patronising but it’s always worth checking)

Yes, the log is empty ‘No items found.’ Other plugin (301 Redirects) shows a few events a day.

Hi,
i have installed both plugins and I have used the same URL’s that you have used. I get identical results with each plugin.
Can I just check that you have “Check this if you want to enable the lockout of selected IP addresses next to Enable 404 IP Detection and Lockout and that you have saved the setting?

Thanks. Yes, it was checked. Just in case, I unchecked and saved, checked again and saved. And after 24 hours the log is still empty.
I will ask our development team to see if they can recreate the issue

We have tried to replicate the issue with the “301 Redirects – Easy Redirect Manager” plugin” and found that 404 events are logged properly in the Firewall > 404 Detection list.
It looks like you have not enabled the 404 detection settings. Please ensure that you have ticked the checkbox that is indicated in the screenshot https://nimb.ws/c1RQPA.
