 * I am receiving a 404 message with this text on the top of the page:
 * Warning: is_readable() [function.is-readable]: open_basedir restriction in effect.
   File(C:\inetpub\vhosts\charterhomes.com\subdomains\blog\httpdocs/C:\inetpub\vhosts\
   charterhomes.com\subdomains\blog\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\thesis-openhook/
   thesis_openhook-en_US.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/Inetpub/vhosts/
   charterhomes.com\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in C:\inetpub\vhosts\charterhomes.com\subdomains\
   blog\httpdocs\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 334

 * Can anyone tell me what this issue is and what is the fix? It happened all of
   a sudden, I wasn’t working on any code or anything out of the norm.

 * your pligin “thesis-openhook” seems to be the issue.
 * To rule out if this plugin is the issue, try renaming /deletig the thesis-openhook
   folder via FTP:

   still getting the same warning message…could it be something else?

 * I just checked – your site now opens fine!
 * – So try flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server
   and/or browser caches. To clear cache in your browser, press clrl+f5 keys simultaneously.
   Also, try different computer/different browser.
