I’m getting A LOT of 404 errors for pages that never existed or aren’t on the server.

All URL’s involve the word cialis or viagar after the domain.

Is this of any concern ? Is there any way of stopping this?

Is this triggered by simply adding anything after the domain to pages that don’t exist such as:

your site has likely been hacked; nothing to do with the plugin. You should read up on how to secure your site including the security hardening article in the WordPress official codex/docs, test your site with the free securi scanner.

Test your site, change your admin passwords; make sure you have backups; make sure you do clean install of WordPress core files and all themes and plugins!

    Scan your site: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net//
