# 404 errors not logging

 * Hi,
 * I am successfully using this plugin for redirects and they show up in the log
   under the plugin.
 * However if I check under 404s I only have 3 showing but I do know there have 
   been multiple 404s. I have received notifications from visitors who state which
   sites they have been to and none of those show up on my 404s. If I try to access
   a non-existing site myself my 404s do not show up.
 * The plugin successfully shows my created 404 page.
 * Is there something I’m doing wrong?

 * It is set to keep logs for a month. Is there any way else logging could be disabled?

 * Do you have anything else running on your site that might interfere with 404s?

 * I’m using **404page – your smart custom 404 error page** and it appears that 
   this was the problem.
 * The solution is weird however. I disabled the 404 plugin, checked that logging
   now worked. Enabled the 404 plugin and now logging still works.
 * All good I guess!
