Hello @jamesprw
Thank you for your message.
On which pages are you seeing these errors?
Looking forward to helping you.
I’m not seeing them on any pages. I never see any errors. They are being reported by Rank Math’s 404 monitor.
Here’s some examples:
I have nothing to do with bitcoin that I know of
https://prnt.sc/v1bsa7
These are weird because there are no such pages, they are product listings that should be on a product page, not a blog page as I understand it:
https://prnt.sc/v1bthw
These are just confusing:

When I test the site I never see a 404 error
Hello @jamesprw
We only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated. You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor.
https://i.rankmath.com/RLnjMD
That will give you more information like referrer and user-agent. You can use that information to track down the source or find out if it is just bots generating those errors.
You can also fix these errors by redirecting them to a related page on your website:
https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-404-errors/
Or, you can add them to the exclusion list at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor > Exclude Paths
https://i.rankmath.com/O2vmci
Also, if you are constantly getting hit, you might want to check with your hosting if your website is getting attacked.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
I already have advanced mode turned on. The log is substantially smaller (in fact only 1 entry) and I didn’t specifically clear the log. The only one I find now is one you can see here: https://prnt.sc/v3c3nz
Hello @jamesprw
In that case, you can comfortably ignore the errors as sometimes the cache/firewall also acts up and bots hit a 404 page. The Rank Math plugin simply records everything as it can not possibly know which errors to exclude.
You should clear all the 404 pages and change the settings to normal from Advanced. Check the error log after a month and see if there are pages/links that are getting more than 10 visits a month. You should check those pages/links for any errors and get those fixed.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
