I get 404 errors on the plugins js and css files. This has resulted in the plugin blocking access to the site because of it’s own missing files. No other plugins produce similar 404 errors, so iThemes Security is doing something different here then other plugins.

Example of script tag that produces 404 error:
    <script type='text/javascript' src='http://sitename.no/wp/customers/1/e/c/sitename.no/httpd.www/content/plugins/better-wp-security/modules/free/ban-users/js/admin-ban_users.js?ver=4002'></script>
    the following should work:
    <script type='text/javascript' src='http://sitename.no/content/plugins/better-wp-security/modules/free/ban-users/js/admin-ban_users.js?ver=4002'></script>
