# 404 error wp-comments-post.php not able to use comment feature

 * I tried disabling plugin, reinstall wordpress leaving wp-content folder.
    Please
   help me. commenting form not working, I always get 404 error whenever i try to
   use comment form box and press submit , it just redirects to /wp-comments-post.
   php How it will be resolve.
 * Also i tried using default theme of wordpress which is Twenty Seventeen
    but 
   getting same 404 error.
