# 404 error when using codes in post

 * my WordPress is showing an odd behavior. If I create a new post and preview it,
   everything works fine until I use any code in the post like `<strong>, <blockquote
   >`, …
    It then returns a 404 error page, when hitting the Preview button.
 * Does anyone have an idea, what could cause this problem?

 * Hi, I am having the same problem. I remove all the code and works. I can’t edit
   the old post. If i remove the code like “strong, blockquote” it work.

 * Yeah found the same issue, any formatting of the text or code and the post won’t
   work. Not sure what to do next.

 * The problem was resolved by the support team from Namecheap. It is a problem 
   with a rule in ModSecurity
