# 404 error when logging in

 * I changed the wordpress and site address from thespiritmamas.com/wp to thespiritmamas.
   com in the General settings and now when I try to log in I just get a 404 not
   found error page. I am not a coder at all so please make any advice very step-
   by-step. thanks.

 * You can change those back – but you’ll need to have access to your site files
   on the server (FTP or Cpanel) or to your database – ask your hosts how to do 
   those if you don’t know.
