404 Error Page Not Found

Hi,
I’ve uploaded files using the plugin. I’ve used the shortcode and the buttons appear correctly on the site. But when I click the buttons I get a 404 error. Page not found. I use this plugin on another site with no problem. Not sure what to do. Thanks,
