I use the plugin and I can see the form correctly as a “preview”. As soon as I publish it, it gets redirected to a 404 error page. My goal would be to use the Gravity form and then to direct to this Google form following the regular Gravity form. Is this something that is possible? Solution is pretty simple though. 1. On your Settings page, copy your Permalinks settings. 2. Set the Permalinks setting to the WordPress default and save it. 3. Once you’ve defined your form and you can view it using the “View Google Form” button, go back to the “Dashboard > Google Forms” menu. It will show a list of forms you have defined which is likely only one form. * One of columns will have the shortcode syntax for your form in it, will look like [wpgform id=’N’] where N is a number. * Place that shortcode on your contact page and your form will appear. The resizing of the image are appearing on the form from the google form but not on the integrated plugin. I don’t know what you mean by Set the Permalinks setting to the WordPress default and save it. When I go to Setting | Permalinks, I don’t see a default option. I did toggle permalinks settings, saved, and then went back to my original option, and it worked. But when I change the permalink name, the page goes 404. These newer form are based on HTML which is very different than prior versions of Google Forms. * There are a couple of posts on my web site which explain what is going on and what you can do about it. [Here](http://michaelwalsh.org/blog/2015/11/google-changing-google-forms-again/) is the first one, and [here](http://michaelwalsh.org/blog/2015/11/opting-out-of-new-google-forms/) is the second one. * You will find the actually directory for wpgform – WordPress handles parsing URLs with what appear to be directories and map them to the appropriate action– this is often called URL routing and the .htaccess file handles this for WordPress. * Where did you change the permalink name?
