Hello there,
Can you please send me a screenshot of the Permalinks Settings so I can see exactly what the problem could be?

Hello there,
Can you send me the exact URL for the page that this error occurred on? Also, do you have a plugin that changes the permalink type?
Best Regards,
Anca
Hi Anca
The URL that is giving the 404 error which is translating from English to Portuguese is https://portugaldirectory.pt/pt/mercado/handicraft-fair-last-sunday/2023-04-30/
The English version URL is https://portugaldirectory.pt/market/handicraft-fair-last-sunday/2023-04-30/
The plugin being used is The Events Calendar. On a single event, the translation works, but when the event is recurring it does not translate. The recurring event has the date in the URL, so removing the date from the Portuguese translation works. https://portugaldirectory.pt/pt/mercado/handicraft-fair-last-sunday/
The problem is that I have 405 recuring events in the calendar.
Thanks for all the help.
Kind regards
Clint

Hello there,
Can you tell me how did you set the URL type to contain: 2023-04-30?
Normally the URL doesn’t contain the day, only the year and the month. Maybe it’s related to the error.
Best Regards,
Anca
Hi there,
This is created by the “The Events Calendar” plugin when an event is recuring. As and example if the event was called “Test” and it recured once a month then the date would get added to the URL eg test/2023-04-30 and then test/2023-05-30, test/2023-06-30 and so on

Hello there,
I’ve manage to reproduce the problem and it seems that TranslatePress is not compatible with recurring events created with that plugin.
I have sent this issue to our development team and we’ll look to fix this issue in a future update.
Best Regards,
Anca
