404 error instead of new login page

First of all, thank you very much for this great plugin, it works great for all my websites except for one. The only one I didn’t develop myself.
WP native login pages are correctly hidden but there is a 404 error page instead of the new login page I defined.
The .htaccess looks well configurated with your script between # BEGIN WordPress and # END WordPress. I tried with all plugins desactivated, and switching themes, but I’m unable to determinate where is the problem.
If it can help, when someone log into the admin, the url contains a “:8080” > http://www.mydomain.com:8080/wp-admin/
Do you have any idea how I can fix the problem ?
