Looks like the service we were using to fetch some general user info is no longer available. Why you’re getting a complete image like that in your screenshot, I’m not sure about unless that’s what’s stored in the user meta.
Hopefully it’s just a temporary thing on their end, but I can’t make any guarantees there.

Since it seems to be becoming a bigger issue, I may try to do a bugfix release that alters this soon.
It didn’t help. It just moved the ISP to the Additional Data field. And sidenote that it disabled the Admin Toolbar option to quick access the Pending Members.
It’s all still in the same table cell, it’ll just be the already-stored IP address only, if the http://api.hostip.info/ remote call returns an error of some sort. Not meant to fix the huge 404 error in the screenshot, just prevent errors from showing at all, if it would cause one.
Oh, okay. It didn’t cause an error. The IP was already showing to the right of the error icon under Additional Data. It just removed the error icon and moved the IP to being under Additional Data.
Confirmation enough for me to willingly push it out. Thanks.
