    The only way you’ll know is to temporarily turn off w3. Otherwise its just guesswork.

    i turn off the w3tc i don’t see any differences, i search on folder with download files and the problem coming with a .htaccess file with command lines

    order deny,allow
    deny from all

    i remove and its ok now

    Thats the file protection. How are you linking to your files?
