 * I installed all files, and updated and the config file. I’ve checked the config
   and everything appears good. I created the sql database and everything I was
   supposed to do. When I try to access the install file, I get:
 * Not Found
 * The requested URL /wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server.
 * Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.
 * The file IS there, I looked it up through my ftp and the file path I am entering
   IS CORRECT.

 * Make sure that the files were not uploaded outside the document root of your
   domain (public_html, htdocs etc.). If they were uploaded in the proper folder
   and still receiving error then check the permissions of files/folders.

 * The error was on my end after all. I was using the premade link in the installation
   setup [http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/install.php)
   and it was not coming up. I had to manually add the name of my blog’s folder.
   Making [http://www.yoursite.com](http://www.yoursite.com)**/blog/**wp-admin/install.
   php the correct file path. Everything was a breeze thereafter. Thank you
