Related to Apache Monitoring which is probably activated but not configured properly.

    Read this:

    http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_status.html

This is most likely not an iTSec plugin issue.
Actually the iTSec plugin 404 Detection feature is doing its work.
You could add /server-status to the 404 File/Folder White list to prevent the 404 from being counted towards a lockout and being logged, but it would be far better to fix the root cause of the 404.
Contact your hosting provider to fix it.

Thanks for the info I will take a look.

If it was an Apache Monitoring issue wouldn’t it also show up in the logs for my other sites on that VPS? (Its not showing in any of them)

I have disabled the service status apache module as its not needed but its still showing up in the logs?

    Ok, good question.

Obviously we are missing a piece of the puzzle.
Anyway you now know more than when you started this topic.
Talk to your hosting provider. They should be able to help you with this.
Again, this is not an iTSec plugin issue.
    Good luck.
