404 and redirect issue

    I accidently deleted my original home page completely, so I made a new one which was depicted in the url as “my url and then -2, when i click on my site title on the admin tool bar to go to home page i get a 404. when i click on home tab (main Navigation) I get the new home page. The original with the 404 will not allow me to edit the page. If you want to find my site you will with a 404 to greet you and i cant get to the plugin redirect to get to the new page.I did a redirect on the new page for the original home page (duh!) and now the redirect for the page wont allow me to delete the url I entered so now i have a 404 on that one as well.
    I know this is like three different but related issues. Please guide me.

    Hi

    You did redirection using Yoast WordPress SEO plugin, so please deactivate it & then set ‘Home’ Page as your website front page via Dashborad > Settings > Reading Panel.
