404 after successfully import

    Hey,
    i have some backup file and imported it into my empty wordress installation. The import + install was successfull.
    But after its finished thw whole site is messed up and if i want to go to wp-admin it will load the 404 error site.

    Try to login by using wp-login.php
    Then try to save permalinks twice.
    If the site still does not work properly, try to set permalinks structure to the default one. If the site is working with the default permalinks structure, you need to enable mod_rewrite on your web server.

    hey Yani,
    i solved it.
    The reason was some plugin which was changing the normal login url into another one. I deleted this plugin, then i made the export file again and imported it. Then it worked well. Thanks for your answer.

    Maybe you can implement some check for this problem. So that me as a user will get some notification as soon as i want to export my site with a not common login page url.
