 * Sometimes when clicking empty cart button I am being redirected to 404 page. 
   Is there any fix for this bug?

   to reproduce case and if we found any issue we can provide you solution.
 * Also can you please let us know from where you click button it redirect to 404
   page. are you clicking from widget or cart page ?
