• i installed wordpress. i’ve had some problems with the wp-config.php file which prevented me from logging in using my fresh admin username and password, but i can’t! when i type in the right password it just shows me a 403 error page – no authorization to view the page (/wp-admin/). what’s wrong with this thing? i created the folder myself! why can’t i access it right now?

BTW – i fixed the wp-config. now i just can’t log in because of the 403…

wp-config.php prevented you from logging in? That doesn’t really make sense.

The server is not recognising .php as a valid file extension for the index

Ask your host to make ‘index.php’ a valid file and all should be good.

i checked and PHP is a valid extension.
wp-config doesn’t give me any trouble anymore. i just want to log in already and it won’t let me…

Similar problem for me. I installed okay but when I logged in with my admin and password all I get is a blank screen.
