Support » Plugin: WordPress Zero Spam » 403 REDIRECT BREAKING META TAGS

  • Good day,

We set the plugin to display a 403 forbidden message for spammers initially. We changed this to redirect to an specific address, mainly because when there is spam activity, the plugin display this 403 error message while eliminating all the meta tags that originally were added to define the site services. It may be great for the plugin performance but it is not acceptable for the site SEO and marketing.

We are not sure if this is something that needs to be fixed and someone already presented, but we need to know how to remove this message from google and get our metatags back ASAP.

In advance, thank you for your help and prompt response.

  • Good day,

We apologize for insisting, but We tried to contact you using other channels as you suggested. It seems that after writing you a message, your website simply deleted it. No confirmation that our message was sent.

Anyway, we changed the settings and stil nothing. We deactivate the plugin and nothing. Before this error message was displayed just for a while and we normally got the site description back, but this time it has taken by far more time and we need to get this fix as soon as possible.

And even if a user selects the option to display a 403 error message, it should not mess up with the site description. Something for you to look out for future updates.

In advance, thank you for your help and interest.
