4.0.3. / Note: using "background" instead of "color"

    Hi,

    since I updated to 4.0.3. Note uses “background” instead of “color”. So all my old notes are broken now.

    old versions
    [note color=”#fecacf”]Note texts [/note]

    4.0.3:
    [note background=”#[note color=”#fecacf”]”]Note text [/note]

    How could I chance this for my complete blog?
