  • Updates:
The form shows correctly on the web page.
I can see the leads in the WordPress admin panel.
The leads page show this message “WordPress Leads is not currently installed/activated to view and manage leads please turn it on.”
Then I install the inbound nowd leads (it’s not updated to the latest woprdpress version) and then I can see some more data of the leads.

    Some problems still happen.
    1. The confirmation message after sent the form it´s not working.
    2. We are not receiving the email with the lead generated.

Hope to receive some suport on this. Tks.

    Hi,

Leads plugin is required to view lead profiles, so that should be natural behavior. I’m having some trouble understanding the detail of your problem. Will you create a ticket on our support channel https://support.inboundnow.com/ and include screenshots explaining the trouble behavior and I’ll be happy to help there.

If you create your ticket there I will post my email testing troubleshooting guide.

    Kind regards,
    Hudson Atwell
