    Hi Robin

Thanks for the reply, I already checked those but still no luck, as soon as I activate the woocommerce subscription I get that error.
    any idea?

    Thanks

I’d consider updating to wordpress 3.6.1 to make sure it’s not conflict between a new woocommerce and an old wordpress. Backup your site first.

If that doesn’t work, and if you are 100% sure it’s clean versions of wordpress, theme and plugins that you are using, then it is probably be a combination of the theme and plugins you are using. It could well be another plugin altogether that is affecting.

You’ll need to play with combinations to find out which is causing.

So I’d start with your current theme and just woocommerce (deactivate all the other plugins). If that works reactivate your other plugins one at a time to see which affects.

If that tack doesn’t work go to a default theme – eg twentyten and just woocommerce – I know that works as I use it. That should show that it’s the theme if you’ve eliminated plugins first.

Once you’ve found a culprit you can contact the authors for help.
