403 Forbidden Error page – can't log in to WP

I’m hoping someone can help me,
I was editing my Website and was on the ‘Permalink’ page – i clicked the custom tab and within seconds i was booted out of my website only to see this error page;

You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/ on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
