Some of my users are getting a “403 – Forbidden Error” when they try to access my website. I already contacted my hosting company and there is nothing blocking IPs. They think Wordfence might be blocking some of my readers by accident.

I checked the block IP tab and no IPs have been blocked.

    Hi @jeffinner07

I loaded the link above and it did not generate a 403 response.

Instead, it redirected to this page:

    lifeismessyandbrilliant [dot] com/free-travel-tracker-printable/?htm_campaign=website&

As you would understand the link that generates the 403 response your site visitors are seeing then can you try and replicate the 403 response. If you do and it is a Wordfence firewall block then it will say so. If it doesn’t say that it is a Wordfence block then it will either be your hosting server or perhaps another security plugin that you have installed that is generating the 403 response.

Please let me know how it proceeds.
