# 403 Forbidden error

 * I am trying to update my slider when i do i get 403 Forbidden error every time
   
   i am using allslider and the site is hosted on Linux
 *     ```
       403 Forbidden
   
       A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site, and has been blocked by Wordfence.
   
       If you are an administrator and you are certain this is a false positive, you can automatically whitelist this request and repeat the same action.
   
         I am certain this is a false positive.
       ```
   
 * after i click “I am certain this is a false positive” i still get this error

 * Hi,
 * Will you try setting the firewall back to Learning Mode, completing the action
   you were trying to do, and then setting the firewall to “Enabled” again?
 * If you need to disable the firewall and cannot set it back to Learning Mode or
   Disabled on the firewall page, we have instructions to disable it another way,
   here:

 * Hi Brian
    thank you for replying currently i am changing to learning when i update
   the slider again i still get the same error is this going to be fixed? or do 
   i have to always change to learning mode?
