We are having a 403 Forbidden and NGINX error show at the bottom of each page. We checked all the folder permissions and they are showing 755. It is definitely related to the theme. It is a salutation theme. What could be the problem?

  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all other plugins deactivated? Where did you download this theme from?

There are no problems with the Twenty Twelve or Twenty Eleven theme. Also, we had tested it by also deactivating the plugins. We are pretty sure it might be some theme problem.

    It is from themeforest.

In that case, you’ll need to ask the developer of the theme – as we don’t have access to commercial themes so really have no way to help with them.

I have heard of http://www. and jquery errors potentially causing problem.
Which php files do they usually show up in, or could it be potentially a htaccess issue?
