# 403 Error when using Flatsome’s admin options

 * I’m using the Flatsome theme and whenever I use the top admin bar option tools
   to go to a customisation setting I get a 403 error with this as the log:

 * Is there anyway to fix this so my client who will be using the tools won’t face
   this errors?

 * This is a known issue and the solution is here > [https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/flatsome-theme-403-error/#post-31071](https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/flatsome-theme-403-error/#post-31071).
   Looks like we missed adding this to the Setup Wizard AutoFix feature. This will
   be added to Setup Wizard AutoFix in the next BPS version.
