403 error when trying to view my blog

Suddenly I am not able to get to my live blog: http://theblogs.net/hyperzen/

I can get to the dashboard and can add new posts or edit old posts, but when I click “vist site” link, I get this 403 error:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
