403 error when clicking view feed

    Hey all thanks in advance,

    1.After Im generating a feed, im clicking On view feed but im getting 403 error why is that?

    2. Do i need to download this xml or I can just paste the url to facebook?

    3.Which is better csv or xml?

    Hi ,

    Here are the answers to your queries:
    1. This might be due to the permission level. Please check the permission of the Upload folder in the plugin and make it 755.

    2. You can just paste the url to facebook.

    3. Facebook accepts xml files and it automatically fetches the files daily.Thus, Xml is better.
    You can also visit us via live chat from our site(exportfeed.com) and state your queries .
